Late payments may be subject to late fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to place liens on property for unpaid services in accordance with Florida law.

8. Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
Issues arising from work not performed by us
Products or materials covered by manufacturer warranties

Equipment and materials may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties.
